Every year for seven years now, University of the Arts has held their Arts Unleashed gala event to promote established and upcoming artists. Proceeds from the event go toward replenishing the Sam S. McKeel Promising Young Artists Scholarship Fund, which assists students in affording tuition.
I had the privilege, once again, of showing artwork alongside many other talented artists and friends. The Illustration department was in full force, and both alumni and faculty (notably department chair Mark Tocchet, professor Matt Curtius, and professor Patch) hung work. Big shout-out to my fellow Illustration alumni — Miguel Co, Kaitlin O’Donnell, James Matusheski, Kayla Miller, and Heather Vaughan.

Until next time.
